Dallas has hardly been coined a city that never sleeps, so if you’re looking to eat well after 9 p.m., it’s helpful to be in the know. Looking for a nightcap after stumbling out of the bars or finding a solid meal after a late night in the office can be a challenge, but thankfully a handful of places keep their kitchens open well into the evening. In lieu of journeying through the nearest fast-food drive-thru, consider this guide of restaurants that offer a range of flavors. From food trucks slinging comfort eats and epic gas station tacos to a Michelin-recognized restaurant, these eateries are ready to feed you at all hours of the night.

Yama Izakaya and Sushi

It’s not easy to find late-night sushi in Dallas, but luckily Yama, open every night until 2 a.m., has four locations around the Metroplex. At the Dallas location, even the sweet happy hour deals last until 1:30 a.m., which include krabstick, shrimp, masago, tamago, and avocado sushi for a dollar. Gold Spoon is the epitome of a hidden gem. This traditional Korean restaurant in Carrolton stays open until midnight every weeknight and until 2 a.m. on weekends. With grand sizzling hot pots, bulgogi, and pork belly lettuce wraps, an experience at Gold Spoon will swiftly transport you to the streets of Seoul. Located adjacent to local celeb chef Dean Fearing’s eponymous fine dining restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Rattlesnake Bar stays open until midnight on weeknights and 2 a.m. on weekends, serving up eats from the restaurant’s kitchen. Enjoy the full Southwestern menu until 10 p.m., or a dedicate menu of late-night bites, like empanadas and nachos, until midnight. This chic spot on Lower Greenville serves food until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights, offering a la carte dining and an 11-course seasonally-focused chef’s tasting menu. Dishes like beef cheek tacos with beef fat and mezcal emulsion cater to adventurous palates. As the restaurant’s moniker suggests, the beautifully curated whiskey list is long and bountiful. True to its name, the taqueria operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and boasts seven locations around the Metroplex. Old Hag’s Pizza & Pasta

Open until 2 a.m. daily, this 25-year-old institution is known for its extensive Vietnamese menu, with dedicated late-night offerings available from 11:15 p.m. to 1 a.m. The funky Lakewood dive bar has a corner on pub grub for those who have had a few beers and need a snack. Find sustenance in kimchi tater tots and crispy egg rolls. The Dallas location of this K-pop-themed ramen shop stays open until 2 a.m. every night except Sunday. On Friday and Saturday nights, the Addison location of this popular fast-casual taco shop stays open until 4 a.m., and the Greenville location until 3 a.m. Velvet Taco will satisfy your most basic taco cravings, but don’t be afraid to branch out because the menu has plenty of options you won’t find at any other taqueria. Biscuit Bar

Friday through Sundays nights, the Deep Ellum location of this fast-casual restaurant with six locations around the Metroplex stays open until 3 a.m. Amid neon signs that read, “You gotta risk it to get the biscuit” and “I Heart Gluten”, grab a Low Country Lemonade (a combination of lemonade and Wild Turkey) and a sandwich on a homemade biscuit.
